Not Creating or Following Through with a Marketing Plan

Creating and following through with a marketing plan will produce the greatest return on business investment. Most business owners only create a marketing plan because it is required by banks to qualify for business loans. However, creating and following through with a marketing plan will create focus, help meet goals, and increase revenue.

Avoiding these three catastrophic mistakes can help prevent cutting into revenue, wasting time, and losing customers.
